: the only thing I could say I liked about this property was the location in the centre. nothing else deserves even the slightest acknowledgment.
: the property was extremely dirty, I have not experienced this level of dirtiness in any other property that I have been to. it smelled of cigarettes so much that it was hard to sleep. the whole apartment smelled of rubbish and oldfood. the duvet was dirty and there wasnt even a mattress cover on the bed hence the mattress was dirty too. towels that were supposedly cleanwere not as they were dirty. the window curtains were stained and with food sticked to them, they were so dirty they were almost black. I was disgusted to even drink out of the glasses provided.

: Excellent location for exploring central Florence, easy to reach historic sites and buildings. Many good trattorias, coffee shops nearby, also Carrefour express and many other shops. Nicely appointed, but missing ironing facilities, kettle and microwave.
: Couldn't get to sleep as so much noise in the street below, which came through the closed windows. Very long staircase to reach apartment.

: The location is just awesome....the stay was quite comfortable...all basic amenities available... infact having Netflix ,You tube in the smart TV was a pleasant surprise ...apartment was very neat and clean and spacious ...would definitely recommend..
: Check out was not so pleasant...someone standing at door right at 10 am & ringing on door for us to vacate.. we had a baby & had to maintain is food timing etc hence were little late..wont really blame since check out time is 10 am but a person standing right at door at 10 am was little uncomfortable( more so since previous height already informed and requested only 30 min late check out due to baby and train timing etc but there was no response).Apartment on 3rd floor with no lift..No electric kettle..
