: Alessandro was an extremely helpful host. Shared kitchen facilities were clean and spacious. Ample basket of items for breakfast. Our outdoor space was pleasant and stayed dry even though it rained.
: There was supposed to be no smoking inside (only on private outdoor areas); however, the shared kitchen/dining area reeked of it, and some of the smell migrated into our room. Theres only one window in the area, so it took all night to clear the air. Alessandro did offer to have the cleaner spray the rooms with something that was supposed to clean the air.

: The location was good. Alessandro and Milia were welcoming and nice.
: There was a smell in our room and it turned out to be a smell the owner knew about coming from the shower. They clean it every 15 days though they need to do it more often. Also was a lot of back and forth to accept my credit card. Finally, worked on the third card. I was prepared to bring cash, which is not convenient. Also, the breakfast was self serve in an equipped kitchen with a coffee maker. It was fine though at a B&B in Venice, they prepared a tray of food for us in the morning.

: Location was excellent, close to all tourist spots but far enough to be quiet and near local restaurants. Room was comfortable and parking was only about 10 min walk from the B&B and was reasonably priced. Espresso machine and kitchen were bonus!
