  : The location is fantastic, and this is the main reason for selecting this hotel. The room sizes were good and beds were comfortable. I would stay here again as it was more then spacious enough for 4 people, any more would be tough. Lots of windows for natural light and small balcony meant that we did not feel like we were enclosed.
  : It was noted when booking that a walk in shower was required due to disability, and that a lift was available. It was quite a surprise when showing up that the room is on floor 3 1/2 meaning that the lift was taken to either floors 3 or 4 and stairs were required to get to the apartment as well as stairs to get to the lift itself from the entry. Secondly the check-in process was a bit of a pain with needing to photograph yourself with your passport in addition to uploading passports and card data to a third party site.

  : Location and the apartment was quaint.
  : There was a trashy odor in the entry way, which was there during our entire stay. When we contacted the property staff, they didnt send somebody over immediately to fix the problem. Were on vacation, renting a property, and we shouldnt have to allow anyone into the apartment during our stay while were out. This is what the property staff wanted to do. We have many personal stuff with us that we did not want others to have access to. This is why the property staff should have sent a maintenance person over immediately to remedy the odor problem.Assistance with calling a taxi for a foreigner without roaming capabilities was not provided by the staff. Instead, they directed me to download an Apps. We thank them so much for their lack of assistance.

  : The location is perfect and on a nice side street from the Duomo. Easy walking distant to all the sites.
  : It could use more comfortable seats in the living room. One couch is not enough for a family. Perhaps another cough of a few comfy chairs would be nice. I would get rid of the half table in the small room in the living room and make that a comfy sitting room. Maybe a few side tables for placing a coffee cup or wine glass. Also having 2 sets of keys seems important. If you have some people doing different things there is only 1 set to get back in. Also the door locks automatically as you leave. We did not get locked out but could see this being an issue.

  : Self check in was easy. Hosts were responsive. The lift helped, with all our luggages. Steps to Duomo, museums, food, shopping, provisions and places of interest. Unbelievable sights nearby: walked to Uffizzi. Could hear the church bells in the mornings.
