: nothing worked in the apartment, washing machine, dishwasher, A/C. one of the bathrooms had no lock. the staff at the management company was not responsive for most part. rooms had a strange smell when we walked in. if you have lot of bags avoid this place as you have to climb multiple steps.

: Super Great Location. 2 Breakfast options just outside of the building. Very spacious. Some great old furniture in the house. AIr conditioning worked very well in the 34C plus temperatures
: No hot water. Very dirty floors inside apartment, to the point that we could not walk bare foot or with socks. The stairs leading to the apartment were also filthy dirty, I know its a building issue, but something should be done about it since it deducts greatly from the experience.

: The apartment was unique with each bedroom on a different level., which is valuable when travelling with teenagers! Its excellent location on the south side of the river was very close to many restaurants, shops, and bridges. It is very easy to spend more time out than in, but the apartment gives great respite from a long day. Our host, Francesca, was excellent. She was very quick with responses, especially when we arrived past 9pm for check-in and she needed to unlock the door remotely for us. There was also a nice bottle of Chianti waiting in the apartment.
: Florence is a beautiful city that is built on many generations of people. There is not much to dislike about the apartment. With age comes quirky issues, like a loose toilet lid, low water pressure, or a sticky door lock. The only thing I didn't like were the thin mattresses, however I cannot say this is unusual. In apartment stays, it kind of comes with the territory.
