Disappointing

  : The location was perfect for our purpose: close to the railway station and historical sites.The staff was helpful and accommodating. Big thanks to Mirko!The breakfast was quite OK considering that this is 3* hotel. The interior design of the reception area and the corridor was very interesting, with character: colorful walls, the doors and windows with stained glass.
  : 1. Aircon was blowing right into the bed. The was no way to redirect the airflow. So we had to turn A/C off. On our visit Florence was hit by the heat wave, so it was really hot even at night.2. The mattress was narrower than the bed’s frame. 3. The room was worn and tired, with ceiling badly repaired, windows cracked.4. There was dust on the room floor, the toilet was not cleaned and disinfected.
