  : Very good location, friendly host, appartment has everything needed to accomodate and prepare food for small family (even mokka coffee device was available). A/C system works fine, both rooms have separate independent air conditioners. Food supermarket is just 200 meters from apartment, on the same square there is free drinking water kiosk (service from Firenze municipality). There are two toilet rooms in apartment, it is very useful for family stay. Apartment is located in a quiet street in old district of Firenze, in walking distance to all attractions and sightseeing, but without touristic traffic and noise. I would say location is ideal.
  : Cleanleness could be better, there was layer of dirt on luminaires and some other surfaces. Also during booking it was stated that breakfast is included, I definetely understood at the moment of booking that it is some kind of mistake and breakfast cannot be provided in apartment, so for me it was not a problem, but for other guests who request breakfast as mandatory thing it could be misleading and disappointing, description of what is uncluded should be corrected on booking.com and breakfast should be deleted from description. In general appartment is totally OK, I would definetely recommend it to small families and groups. Stella who is hosting guests in this appartment is very interesting and kind person, we had very good welcome from her and interesting talking with getting all recomendations regarding Firenze and Italy.

  : Location,kitchen for making food and supermarket nearby. Wifi good.
  : A loooooot of dust under the bed. Dont bother me but someone it might. Is bit overpriced (at least during our time and for 2 people ) but need to bear in mind that it is in Firenze where everything is overpriced. Nice flat with a super host.

  : Nice and comfortable apartment. Easy to find a free parking spot nearby. We had a small trouble with the shower temperature, but the host said she is going to fix it. She is also easy to communicate with.

  : Good appartments with all necessary things to stay there.Couple good restaurants on the square. Absolutelly ammazing bar with cocktails and live music.A little bit far from city center, but only 50 steps from appartments to bus stop.Thank you a lot for help and support.

  : It was easy to get to the places we wanted to visitWhen the hot water boiler failed, someone was with us within an hour to get it working
  : We felt that inadequate information was given - we were shocked to discover, by chance, that the water was not drinkable. There were no details about doctors, taxis, bus services etcThe shower was difficult - the curtain was so flimsy that it constantly wafted into the space, making it very small - and however careful we tried to be, the floor was constantly wet afterwards, and consequently a hazard.We were surprised in a stay of 9 days, not to have towels changed, or any basics replenished (toilet rolls, garbage bages etc)
