  : It is easy to reach the sights on foot. Evetything is within walking distance
  : There was no heating despite the very cold temperatures at nights (6-7C)There was mold in the rooms with a damp smell as well.

  : No communication despite constant attempts. We booked a studio apartment with a single bed, double bed, sofa and kitchenette. We got a tiny room with a double bed and small table squeezed in that you couldnt walk between them. Also 6 flights of stairs carrying our luggage. They would not change rooms, so we stayed in this tiny space for 11 nights. Never again!

  : For the price and location it was acceptable and for a small group of friends, I probably couldn't wish for more since we were on a budget. It is very close to the Santa Maria Novella train station, so you won't go far with your luggage.
  : The photos show you some rooms and you might get a completely different one, so beware. Our room didn't have an oven for example (even tho it was said it would).Communication is very difficult, getting in touch with the owner through messages is impossible, by calling is possible but also very difficult to get a hold of them. It is also much easier to know basic Italian than to only rely on English.Don't forget to have the city fee in cash!

  : What I liked was the spaciousness of the apartment. It had high ceilings and there was a kitchen table with chairs. The washing machine was a big plus as we were there 5 nights.
  : The bed was very hard. I slept on the futon/couch which was somewhat better. My wife slept on the day bed. We asked for help in turning on the AC and never got an answer. Also there was no coffee machine as listed unless you consider a kettle a coffee machine.

  : very close to the city and convenient location the beds and facilities were exactly the mentioned, no surprise on that level. owner responds to messages immediately There is abundant plates, cups and cooking stuff. You can have all materials to accommodate your stay. There is even washing machine (we did not use).
  : 1) the bathroom did not have enough soap and shampoo 2) The towels were old, did not look very clean 3) we got the sense that the flat was not clean. 4) The design of the flat is tiring. It is very difficult to reach to bath and the second room through first room since the bed is next to the wall to walk. 5) Parking is problem. There is private parking facility in 50 meters; but it charges 25 Euros per nigh stay for cars, 45 Euros for vans. Yet, the owner mentions in the website that they don't provide a parking. yet maybe they can negotiate a discount with the private parking place since they provide discounts to hotels in the vicinity.
