  : It was amazing to have this beautiful garden attached to our apartment in Florence. The location is also fantastic - walking distance to everything in town. Bathroom slightly dated, but overall a great stay.

  : The outdoor seating area is pleasant but you have to share it. And the mozzies will eat you alive.
  : We found enough hot water for about a 1 minute shower, the WiFi was intermittent and the odours from the shared entry kept coming in. There are 2 doors you need to unlock before you reach the apartment which aren't easy to negotiate in the dark.

  : Location is good, the garden is pleasant, and the shower works very well, but these good points were all undercut by the lack of privacy and our stolen clothes.
  : It is one single room (a bed sit) whereas the the advertisement suggests that it is two rooms. As a family of three, when we arrived, we discovered that the third person had to sleep on a camp bed - not shown in the advert photos. This is disingenuous advertising; it is not clear that the two rooms advertised are two separate accommodations.Further, the washing machine (which is in the garden) is then shared with strangers in the other room, and our clothes were STOLEN from that washing machine - including a new and loved white linen trousers. We never got them back.

  : The location is fair enough.
  : The venue is way overpriced and the pictures does not reply to the advertisement. It is cold, dark, uncozy place and it need a repairing. Also, the whole main wall in the living room is broken. Tthere is mold in the bathroom and if you force yourself to get into it, it is so small, that if you are a big and tall person, will be difficult to use the shower. It is so dark, that in the only one morning that we spend yhere, because it was unbearable, we had to turn the lights on, so to be able to woke up. The yard is not as pleasent as at the pictures, it was creapy. We went to another place right in the center (B&B), which was much more nicer, even great and it was cheaper and in addition, included breakfast .This place might be pleasant in a condition of war, but we were at a vacation, after all. At last, we had to wait about half an hour or even a bit more, for the host to open. It is a both sides responsiblity and I wouldn't mentioned it, if everything else were satisfying.

  : The property was very spacious for a couple and full of charm. It had great facilities, including aircon which really saved us in these peak summer temperatures.
  : There were many, many mosquitos! We didnt use mosquito spray provided on the first night because we wanted to avoid the smell but it was unavoidable after getting bitten all over through the night. The walls could use a good clean as well.

  : First, we want to tell you how lovely we thought the split level studio apt at 51 via de Pergola was. It is close to the center and is convenient. Cute setup. Nice studio apt for 2 people with a cozy feel. The kitchen was well set up. The apt seemed like it was going to be a good place to spend our time in Florence until ...The first morning, I had many bites. I assumed they were mosquito bites because mosquitos were buzzing in our ears throughout the night. Each morning, I had more and more bites and started seeing blood on the sheets. This morning, I woke up with my face covered in bites. They weren't exactly like mosquito bites so I did some searching on the internet and realized they were bedbugs. There were rows of bites, blood on the sheets, then I found one of the outer shells of a bedbug in a spot of blood.We were attacked by bedbugs. Tens, maybe hundreds of bites. I've attached photos of my face and a photo of one of the dead bugs. When we woke in the morning we found blood stains on the sheets that were from the bedbugs. Then, what we thought were blood stains on the walls where guests had squished mosquitos, we realized were probably the remains of bedbugs.What started out as a wonderful stay in your apt, turned into a nightly bugfest.There are many mosquitos in the apt. Okay, I can tolerate that. Florence has mosquitos. But bedbugs in a 5 day rental is not acceptable! All during the night, mosquitos were buzzing in our ears, waking us up, we slept with sheets over our heads, and bedbugs were bitining us. If I had known what they were they were the first night, we would have left immediately and insisted on a refund.You need to do everything you can do to keep mosquitoes out of the apt, kill the ones that manage to get in and maybe provide a mosquito net for over the bed.This apt could be a wonderful place to stay but you have to solve the bedbug problem.Sincerely,A dissatisfied guestP.S.

  : The place was just lovely. It had a really good ubication - just 5 minutes away from the cathedral- , a fantastic roof and a shared but beautiful garden.
  : The equipment was just not good. The bedroom lamp had not lightbomb and we had to use there the one which was located in the kitchen.
