  : The location was good to get around and close to a lively street with lots going on. Plenty of beds if you had more people. This apartment has so much potential if a little love and attention went into the details to make it more comfortable and practical to stay in. The kitchen amenities worked just fine too.
  : When we arrived, there was no power in the apartment. We were told 'a colleague' would come take a look. The man stayed downstairs for 10mins on the phone and then left without telling us. Nobody came by. We looked at the power box ourselves and flicked the main switch to restart it. I contacted the property and heard nothing back. The power went out multiple times during our stay and we received no answer to messages. One whole wall of the main bedroom has no working power sockets. the sockets are also all outdated and not up to code with exposed terminals. - The washing machine reeked of mould which filled the apartment when opened. We had to bleach it and wash it multiple times to even be able to use it at all. - The flat screen tv (tiny monitor size) mentioned is not plugged in to anything and is unusable unless you bring your own Chrome cast or similar. - The beds in the main bedroom are just two singles together and they move off the bed base with even the slightest movement of getting into bed. - We could only use one plug in the main bedroom for both charging devices and lighting as there are no ceiling lights in the bedrooms at all. For the price we paid, this is not worth it for us. We were really disappointed and still, a month later and we have still never received a response from them when we voiced all of this during our stay. I don't usually leave bad reviews, but this was pretty disappointing and I wish we could get a partial refund as it was not as described on the booking.

  : the apartment was cold when we arrived. the staff didnt take precautions to keep the rooms warm even thought they knew we will arrive at night. The lack of blankets on beds was an issue also the shower towels where only for 2 pax but we were 3 pax
