  : The facilities inside the apartment are good and make the apartment comfortable.
  : 1. I had to pay an extra fee for someone to come and give me the keys and open the apartment. And this was not clear in the contract. It's crazy to charge to open the door of an apartment you rent. 2. Lots of dust in the air conditioning. You can clearly see this in the bathroom air vent. There's a pile of dust there. If you have any respiratory allergies, this is not the place for you. 3. The person who handed over the keys entered the apartment on the first day without our permission. Without knocking on the door. Just walked in. I found it very disrespectful. 4. The only communication there is in Italian. The person who handed over the keys will only speak Italian. Cannot understand or speak in english.

  : Amazing space, good air con, great location close to lovely eateries and gelato. Grsat spot if you are staying longer as there is a lot of space and kitchen amenities

  : The facilities were beautiful and the host was prepared for our arrival. The apartment was well appointed, clean, and very well taken care of. The location is excellent.
  : The check in process was long, you were required to pay the city tax in cash (this was not specified during the reservation), and the host spoke only Italian. I had been studying Italian for a few weeks to prepare as I always want to respect the host country by using their language. However, I still struggled for words occasionally and the host would only say solo italiano if I ever used an English word. It wasnt a deal-breaker for me but travelers should be mindful to come prepared with a translator app that works offline if they dont speak italian.

  : Isabella met us at the property and let us leave our luggage as we were too early for check in. She was excellent at explaining everything with the use of a translate app that worked very well. Lovely lady. Accommodations has everything you need. Its a 15 min easy walk from the airport tram line and train station if you want to visit else where. Nice restaurants and bars close by so no need to always go into the more touristy squares.
  : Nothing really. You could say you would like it a little closer to the main hub of the city but with that comes added noise. It really is just a 10 min walk over the bridges to the streets of Florence or along (same side of the water) to Santo Spirito which has lovely restaurants and atmosphere.
