  : Good location, close walk to attractions. Lots of space. Large rooms.
  : Parking, a bit tough to drive in the city center to park. With lots of foot traffic and road construction, one way street are tough to navigate.

  : The apartment was in a great location. Easy to walk to all the major sites and many restaurants. We liked that there was an elevator to bring up and down our luggage to the 3rd floor. The apartment was very spacious with plenty of room for our family of 5. Beds were comfortable, linens and towels were like new. We were able to do our laundry during our stay and liked that the laundry machine also had a dryer function. Clothes werent completely dry but there is a nice clothes rack to hang clothes and they were dry in a couple hours. There is a nice coffee machine and the host left some coffees, breads, jams for guests. The main bedroom was a king bed and had lots of closet space. The 2nd bedroom had 3 single beds. The apartment has 2 full bathrooms with showers so that is great for a family. The apartment had air conditioning but that didnt work well. The master bedroom and sitting area would be comfortable but the 2 bathrooms and back bedroom were unbearably hot and the air conditioning didnt work great. They do have fans for those rooms and seemed to be working to try and fix it but not sure it was resolved.
  : There were a couple things we didnt like - first the air conditioning not working. Its very hot in Florence in July and we would have liked to have this feature. The 2nd thing was that there was a bad smell when you walked into the apartment - almost like sewage smell from the bathrooms. We dont know what was the cause of that smell. We had to keep the bathroom doors closed and if you werent near the entrance door or bathrooms, then you didnt notice the smell. The 3rd thing that was a bit of inconvenience was that the host had to come into the apartment 2 of our 4 day stay for maintenance work they needed to do. They did text me prior to coming to make sure it was ok with our family, but it is sometimes annoying as we had to lock our valuables up each day.

  : New and modern apartment, great location and view from the balcony. Close to shops and ammenities.
  : The lift had broken down so had to climb a large flight of stair. Hosts were very apologetic though.
