  : Not as comfortable as we had hoped, lacked natural light, no outlook, shared kitchen arrangements didnt work, complimentary water would have been nice.

  : It was very comfortable, the owner was very helpful, welcoming and kind. The shower was nice. It was great to have a large space, kitchenette and laundry. We felt very safe as well.
  : Although there was a common area, we didnt really use it because that wasnt air conditioned. The coffee maker didnt work.

  : it was well located.
  : The room was dirty, the shower was broken and the bed was creaking. the AC air would not reach the bed so I had to sleep on the couch.

  : The hosts (Marzia and Ducho) were amazing, answered REALLY fast any demand, were welcoming and had nice tips for Firenze. Location for me was unbeatable. Right in the corner or everything you want to see in Firenze, going everywhere will take you no more than 20min walking. Dont miss the best Ice Cream in the world, Gelateria Dei Neri just steps from the apt.The apt was clean, very good bed sheets and towels and I love the antique and original decor, like a real imperial palace.
  : You will have to climb (at least, depending the floor you stay at) 2 flights of stairs to get to your door + one more inside the apt. Those are very old european stone stairs, steep. I would not stay there with little kids or older ones. Be light with your luggage. If you have problems sleeping with light coming in, this is not the place to be either. There's no blackout on the windows and the shutters are very old and stuck so they don't close, you sleep with lamp post lights and wake up with sun light and noise from the stores down bellow opening their doors at around 9am everyday. Good to have a bath (beautiful Victorian one), and a separate shower, but the shower is really tiny.

  : WI-FI was often weak and having coffee facilities in the room would be a big plus
