  : Location is great, near historical centre with a lot od green.
  : Room needs refreshment, especially bathrook, breakfaat is very poor, only sweets, everything bought in the store as already prepared and, they have not heard of sustainable tourism, a lot of plastic, only plastic glasses in the room and at breakfast. EV for the car is only available if you have booked directly at the hotel, for booking through booking a you have to pay 35 euros.

  : Breakfast was good, they have outdoor seating in a beautiful garden. Several options to choose from. It is close to Transportation but most things are very walkable from here. Staff was friendly and helpful
  : Beds were hard and pillows thin. The shower was just a doors you pull out from the wall and and close, and then shower in the corner of the bathroom. Made for a messy wet floor.

  : The room we had was very old and not very clean, yet it served the purpose of staying overnight in the city. The building is stunning, but really outdated.

  : It is an older style hotel but was neat and tidy and well presented. The continental breakfast in the garden was lovely
  : It’s about a 1.6km walk to the river with most popular sites on the other side. Taking into account how much walking we did in and around Florence, my next stay in Florence I would look at staying somewhere a little closer to the river. It was an easy enough walk just tiring after a long day on your feet

  : Hotel is in a beautiful old building and is very well kept and decorated, it looks like a beautiful renaissance manor inside and out. Our room was up in the eaves but spacious and well laid out and there's a lift so no issues. the hotel is extremely well located for the Boboli gardens and a short walk from the Pitti palace, excellent location for exploring Florence. Very good parking and lovely staff who were happy to help with directions and letting us leave our car safe for longer on checkout day which we went to the gardens. Breakfast was served in a lovely conservatory open to the garden vines at the sides.

  : The hotel was nice in a classic older style, nice staff and the twin room was good if not the biggest, a short 20 min walk to the Ponte Vechio. Parking in the hotel grounds was a bonus for our two motorbikes (and why my son and I chose this hotel particularly).
  : Breakfast was very poor, the worst of our trip in Italy: plastic wrapped croissants, plastic cups for (poor quality) fruit juice, awful coffee machine, no decent bread (other than for toast) or cheese. Disappointing considering what we'd had in other hotels in Tuscany.
