  : Very small and lacked basic necessities for cooking such as salt , paper towels and coffee maker. The apartment is actually in 3 levels, not suitable for those who have trouble walking on narrow steps.

  : Suzanne at reception was very welcoming and answered all our questions. Very comfortable bed and compact kitchen.
  : Noise from partying American students echoes in all night from the street. Only downside on a fantastic place.

  : We had the Isabella apartment for 3 or more persons absolutely charming characterful accommodation.The decor is beautiful and you get the feel of old world Florence with antique furniture and beautiful Ferragamo scarves framed on the walls. Suzanne at reception was so helpful and friendly. A lovely balcony with a view to the bell tower. So central and walkable to everything.
  : Only one thing to consider although the building has a lift- to get to the attic apartment you have to climb a very steep and narrow antique staircase of about 20 steps. Fine for nimble people would be problem for People with mobility issues. Also quite a lot of street noise at night from people talking as they pass by .

  : The location was great, which was one of the four reasons we selected this place. Supermarket, sights, restaurants all within a small radius.
  : We booked Borgo de Greci for four reasons, of which only the first was met. The four reasons were (1) location -- obviously the hosts couldn't screw this up; (2) an elevator was promised on the website -- when we reached we found there was no elevator, and we almost had a heart attack lugging our heavy bags up two rough flights of stairs; as if that wasn't enough, the bedroom was up yet another steep flight of stairs with the bed almost touching the ceiling, and the bathroom was down another set of stairs; (3) we booked one apartment with two bedrooms since we were two couples traveling together and planned to hang out in the living room -- instead we were given two one-bedroom apartments with tiny living rooms, which ruined our time together; (4) the hosts said there was a washing machine -- when we reached the washing machine was running, and it continued to run for hours; finally we turned it off and found it full of dirty rags with dirty water that would not drain; the manager could not get it fixed, and we could not use it our entire stay. On one day the manager let us use the washing machine in the originally booked apartment. Each cycle took 3+ hours so we could only do two loads, and for the rest we had to use a laundromat. We couldn't wait for our stay to end -- thankfully it was just a few days. When we saw the apartment we had booked, it was beautiful. The manager didn't have an explanation for why we had been kicked out of our original apartment and put into these two hideous apartments. Classic case of bait and switch, highly avoidable.

  : Very convenient location - with access to lift. Rooms are a very comfortable size. The rear bedroom in apt #2 was very quiet. Three separate air conditioner units was good.
  : We had 2 bedroom... only 1 bedroom was en-suite... The second bathroom was down the hall. It would have been good to know this beforehand. The front bedroom had lots of street noise. Borgo Dei Greci is a very active street at all time of the night.

  : Perfect location. Quiet but very central to Santa Croce. Very friendly concierge lady called Suzanne who was helpful & knowledgable.
  : There were some mosquitos in the room when we arrived probably from cleaners opening windows before we arrived plus it had been raining. We didnt notice & so I got bitten. ( Just something to check for on arrival )

  : 1. Very good location.2. Its a big apartment, spacious and clean. 3. Suzanne was kind, thoughtful and helpful, giving us information about everything.
  : 1. The stairs. We stayed on 3rd Step and, the elevator goes up to the second. Go up with our luggage was difficult. And, climbing the stairs after a night of wine or a day of walking was the reason why it didn't give a 10.
