  : Ceilings were beautiful
  : Pictures were misleading. Property was older than it looks. Shower didnt drain well. There were several hairs on sheets. Overall the least favorite of our trip.

  : The Location is Perfect.
  : The room was very dirty to start with and nothing worked including lampshades, Tv , basic bathroom facilities , wall sockets and also the door locks for the room are very old. The third bed was probably from the 90s and it just slides everywhere like it was on wheels. The common areas in the palazzo were also very run down and no organization with regards to the bar that serves you breakfast a few doors up the street, The women who runs it kept asking for vouchers which we were never given to us.

  : An amazing location, 3 minutes walk from the Duomo. Breakfast vouchers were included for an authentic cafe down the street.
  : The bed had a squeak on one side.

  : Perfect location quick walk to everything. Host was absolutely amazing and the room was beautiful and super comfortable.
  : Construction on the street outside our window at 8am which no fault of the property owner but it was extremely loud.

  : The room was extremely pretty - vintage Florence; the location ideal for visiting sites.
  : The extra bed arranged by the hotel would collapse when sat upon. We spent considerable time trying to figure it out and finally all slept together in the main bed, very tight squeeze and not what we booked. We ran out of hot water less than 5 minutes into the first shower while my son had shampoo in his hair. This was unfortunate and the rest of us refrained from showering as a result. The staff, although friendly, was slow to respond to basic questions.

  : Location of this Air BnB is amazing! Only a 2 minute walk to the main cathedral in Florence, so basically youre right in dead centre old town.
  : The room was smaller then we imagined, additionally their lacked any type of lighting that wasnt a main light (which was very bright). Also the shower door was very finicky to close and the bathroom itself is in a windowless room which can make it very stuffy. Additionally the noise from the street was fairly loud even with windows shut, however this is not the fault of the Air BnB but simply a consequence of being in the dead centre of Florence. However, the BnBs door ringer didnt work and we would have been unable to get inside if it werent for a couple exiting the building (since my phone didnt work and I couldnt call the host). Also, BnB is seemingly in an apartment within the second floor of the building which unfortunately smelt like sewer in the stairway area. The breakfast portion of the BnB was just alright, hosted by a nice coffee shop near by. However it was more like a quick snack as you got a single coffee, a single bakery item and a glass of orange juice; no eggs, fruits or anything of the such. I did find it a little odd that the coffee shop which hosts the breakfast had photos of kids up on the wall in an attempt to give off an eclectic vibe however it just rubbed me the wrong way considering the caf does host drag queen shows and generally felt off (great coffee though).

  : Quite atmospheric rooms
  : Noise from the street. Note that they are breaking up the street in front of the building these months. Even without the road work it is noisy. The back room was calmer and felt good though modest. Beds not the most pleasant and no room service. This is an old appartment building
