: The appartment is very spacious, clean and located in a quiet street just 10 minutes walk from the Duomo. Our host Daniela was very friendly and available to meet with us even though our flight got delayed and we arrived later than expected. We had a great stay!

: Very convenient location (walking distance to Uffizi and Accademia Galleries), close to the train station, restaurant market and street market with leather goods etc and convenience stores.Thete was a bus stop close by.The apartment had everything you would need, the same as at 'home' - cooking utensils, coffee machine spices and tea etc Daniela who met us for the check-in whilst very busy, did give us some practical tips. The front window being open was fine.
: When we checked in there was a strong sewer odour in the apartment, but we worked out this was coming from the street works outside and the apartment may not have been aired before we arrived. However, keeping the bathroom window closed and spraying some air freshener and the problem was fixed.

: We were met at the door by Diana from Acacia Firenze who was very friendly and welcoming. Communication with Acacia Firenze leading up to our stay was excellent. Dalia was an excellent base for our 2 week stay - easy walking distance to the main SMN train station, San Lorenzo food market and Florence in general. The street and apartment were very quiet (maybe due to road works at one end). Dalia is an excellent size apartment for 2 people, has all you need to cook at home, plus the added convenience of a dishwasher and washing machine. Thank you Acacia Firenze and thank you Diana.
