  : I got bitten so badly by bedbugs, had to go to the doctor and get a shot and pills It was awful my whole face was swollen and my upper body looked scary. Disgusting hygiene and health standards for a facility that charges more than 200 euros a night

  : Comfortable stay close to airport. What I liked was the not so hotel with lifts. Its a group of houses, all ground floor. Quiet and good, garden sitting.
  : Breakfast very simple.

  : The location was great. Very close to the airport, good shuttle service. Nearby to nice restaurants along the Tiber River which was an unexpected bonus. We had to leave too early to have breakfast at the facility.
  : The place seems to struggle with internet service. We didn't have any in our room and even near reception it did not work well with my laptop or our cell phones.

  : Nothing this is a misleading description This is not a hotel and even less a resort
  : Our room door was translucent and light came through all night We were charged additional 20 euros for early check in plus 7 euros each for a shuttle service the person in the morning said it was never booked so we had to hire a cab and pay 30 euros more to take us to the airport They also insinuated that we had not the paid the room and I had to show the charge posted in the credit card The A/C in room was too cold and we ask for adjustment and he shut it off and we couldnt not adjust and since there was no phone to communicate we spent a very hot stay Horrendous place Booking.com needs to be more selective in the places they offer This was no more than old house with some rooms to rent like cheap motel

  : Friendly staff, comfortable bed, clean, close to airport with shuttle transportation and walkable to river front with lots of restaurant choices.
  : Advertised spa and there was no spa.
