  : The location was good. Quiet area and really peaceful. Room was exactly like the photo and very clean and well equipped. Honestly it was good value and the comfort and room size.
  : We were very disappointed that even though it was clearly stated on the booking.com website that restaurant facilities was available but it was not due to low season. We book the hotel for 3 nights and we wanted to have full service at the hotel without having to take our car since we are traveling with our dogs. If we had known that restaurant is closed we would not have book the hotel. The owner did try to offer suggestion and alternative on where to eat but the closest restaurant is 1km away and walking in the night on the mountain roads is not pleasant. We contacted Booking.com to cancel the rest of our stay and was told that we have to pay for 1 night stay as penalty. All in all we paid for 2 nights while we only stayed 1 night as we left the next day. Honestly I dont think it is fair because we did not get what we booked. It was unfair as we were expecting a full refund for the nights we did not stay as it is not our fault
