: It's a very serene place, the staff was very nice. There's a big garden very pleasant for breakfast and dinner and plenty of space for kids to run about.

: Good stay thanks to Federico who was very friendly and attentive to our needs.
: Could be a bit cleaner, there were spider web on the ceiling. We also found waste from previous people under the bed.

: Rustic, set in a lovely hill with great views, a beautiful old farm house, great breakfast, great pool, great hikes around the place, friendly staff, good restaurant on premise.
: It's very basic. If you're staying for a while (7 nights in our case) getting your towels changed, or even getting new garbage bags is somewhat of a hassle. Feels like you're expected to make due with what you have.Accommodations are very spacious, but the shower is tiny and crammed.Cell reception is weak, so you'd expect great wifi - but it's pretty poor. There are drapes and linens throughout the rooms, which I personally don't like for decor - they seem dusty... And finally - two of our rooms spanned two spaces, but only one was air conditioned - and not a strong unit at that, and it was a hot hot August

: Beautiful hotel in the middle of the greens of Toscana, very peaceful, bucolic, great for pets. Good, small and homemade night kitchen/restaurant. Very gentile and helpful staff. Specially Mario, who made sure we would get or be replied regarding our requests.
: If or when the kitchen smell is a bit strong, that can go up to the guest rooms and be a bit anoying. But, I'd say is very minor. Just a opportunity of improvement
