  : The kitchen is poorly equipped, even for basic dishes like nuddles. Just the very minimum for 2 persons, not even more than 2 glasses.

  : clean and cosy apartment with the nice view, I liked small stuff in the bathroom! wish I could stay longer
  : in general everything is fine, but just a hint for future travellers that time of check-in listed on booking is not relevant and you need to arrive before 11 PM.

  : The location is good, quality of cleanliness is acceptable, in off season periods, the cost is good for short stays, beds are comfortable.
  : Overall my rating is bad because of the really bad hospitality and empathy of hosts:My sister and I were forced to sleep in the car one of the two booked nights due to an unplanned and involuntary delay on the arrival time. It has not been possible to reach the hosts by phone call on fix number untill the latest moment, they did not try to call us (although phone number was given at booking moment) or advice us before closing check in.The hosts new we could not find an other place because of the time of our arrival, so we were left without other option for the first night of our stay other than sleep in the car, in a night with -3 C outside. They treated us badly on the phone, criticising the fact we called at all. It was midnight and we apologised for the delay, were we supposed to sleep in the car without even trying to avoid it by calling them? If you don't want to be called late, turn the phone off. If you see a person struggling do you criticise them for trying to find help?Fortunately we are young and strong, but I can not imagine the hell of situation they would have left a child and mother /old couple with complete indifference.On the positive side we were not forced to pay this fist night of stay, we take the responsability of the delay but I would not say there was any understanding from the hosts. Accidents happen and if you work in the mountains with hospitality you should be prepared for it. Its 2023, you get a phone call? call back to see if something happened. You can not extend the check in time? Call me to say so. Embedd a password key. Allow me at least to get a shower in the morning if you know I slept in the car below 0, they didn't want to be slightly flexible even in the morning by making the check in before 15.00.At check in they ask your name, take your documents and leave you at the doorstep, still OUTSIDE the building, they go inside and do the check in closing the door in front of your face..

  : The location was super good! We loved the room every single second and would definitely go back and recommend it to my friends. The very comfortable thing is that you also have an intern parking where you can leave your car and the remote is attached to your keys, so you can come and go autonomously.
  : There werent both shampoo and body shower. We should have expected it from a Residence, we just werent ready.
