  : I was unlucky enough to be assigned the top floor and the room only had one very small window and you had almost no way to ventilate it. Especially the summer in Ferrara is very hot! There was only one fan in the room and it didn't work at all. I don't recommend you to stay here if it's summer

  : Would have been good to know there was no one physically there to greet us, forcing us to call someone which costs us more money as we're from abroad. Instructions could easily have been sent digitally .

  : We stayed one night at room number 1, and it was very bad experience in a few manners: communication with host, parking place, smoking smell, uncomfortable bad, noises from the street.We arrived on 21:55, when Check In is until 22:00, we announced to the host immediately about our arrival and he sent us a message with details how to enter the room, then we immediately asked about parking place we should park in-we never got a response! We spent 40min searching for a place to park our car by the many many parking sign and signpost in the area, until we decided to park it somewhere temporarily and move the car at 6AM in the morning (in the property polices its written that there are parking available on site). We entered the Shared Bathroom there were Smell of smoking in the toilet in the evening and in the morning after, the bad was so uncomfortable and felt like sleeping on rocks, there was loud noises of construction in the near street from 7AM.
