  : Very nice host, helpful, flexible and obliging. Great location, right by Ferrara's medieval quarter, yet a quiet environment. A box full of eateries (unfortunately, all of it processed food) for preparing your own breakfast, plus abundant coffe and tea. Super quiet appartment at night. Great sleep quality. All necessary electrical appliances, including a washing machine (though it's so hidden that I only found it in the last minute). Easy self check-in (make sure, however, you have a working phone to call the host upon arrival; otherwise there's no way to get in). A lot of care and love has been taken to decorate the appartment (though personally I found it "a bit too much").
  : The bed right under the roof, on top of a steep wooden ladder, is a pain. An inconvenience for folks my age. Neigobours were noisy at times and I could hear their children crying. Fortunately at night all was super calm; but my point is: the walls are not sound-proof. (A suggestion: perhaps just sound-proofing the door would be enough to improve this issue.) Broken shower faucets made it impossible for me to use the upper sprinkler, so the shower experience wasn't very pleasant. And, finally, though I appreciate the concern for decorating and designing the appartment, it turns out it's unpractical. There's not a comfortable seat for sitting at the table, nor a comfortable couch, nor a place -except the floor- to put and open your suitcase... Somehow I found it difficult to "make myself comfortable" in this place.

  : Famous apartment in the quite location of the city on the 2nd floor of house, just 5 min by walk to the city center.. Lorenzo is very helpful host, he explain to us everything and also recommend to us some good restaurants. Parking of our car (Volvo XC60) is a driving exercise but with the Lorenzo's instructions we did it. I think our car is a maximum size of car, what can park in this place. Apartment has a fully equipped kitchen also with basic ingredients for cook (salt, oil, pepper, balsamico, sugar, milk,...). Lorenzo also prepare for us a good breakfast. There is one more challenge - upstairs bed, the space is very limited, there is only about 50 cm in the area of feet and about 1,2m in the area of head. It's very close to the roof. :-) I can fully recommend this apartment for stay in Ferrara.

  : The quirky amazing interpretation of self-catering was beguiling. But be warned ...
  : The space-saver "paddle" stairs lead to low-headroom bed chamber in the roof beams. Not for the faint-hearted or mobility-challenged. Customers should be warned.

  : The apartment was great very comfy and stylish. The host was very friendly and helpful as well.
  : The entrance to the parking was super narrow literally 1-2cm from the walls. It was more or less ok to drive in, but then took me nearly 10 min of very nervous manoeuvres to drive out even with a very strong driving skills. So if your car is longer than BMW 3 series, it might not go though the garage door.
