  : beautiful property - clean - calming - nice pool
  : went there go relax and eat in the resort. unfortunately two of the three nights the resort booked weddings, and so we could not access the restaurant. moreover, the music was extremely loud until 3am. I never complain for noise, but it was as if the DJ was actually in my room. the resort should advise its guests in advance if weddings are booked so we are given the opportunity to cancel if we wish.

  : During the weekend and with a wedding going on forget to sleep. Loud music going on till 3 am. Breakfast very limited not matching the price class

  : This is NOT a 4 star hotel (or even 3 star). Its a wddding venue (and a very average one at that) with some accommodation. They have 45 weddings a year, and did not mention to us that our (thankfully only) one night stay coincided with a wedding. Even though our room was further from the event, the music was VERY loud and we had kids with us who struggled to sleep. Other guests had noisy neighbours who had attended the wedding and didnt get to sleep until after 2am. The room was VERY average - we had an extra bed for one of our teenagers and he woke up to a bed full of ants in the morning. We were woken up at 2am by the TV a suddenly turning itself on (loudly). We tried to contact management late at night when we realised the noise issue and the General Manager had already gone home, and the event director said he couldnt help. When the General Manager was available the following morning, he could not have been less helpful - he literally shrugged and told me he didnt care and that no one else has ever complained. I work in hotels and this is the kind of management that speaks of regular and frequent complaints but no need to do anything about it as they are unlikely to have repeat business anyway. We had booked a room only rate, but I asked for breakfast to be included given the events of the night before. They grudgingly agreed, but breakfast was an absolute disaster. Breakfast finishes at 9.30am, which is very early for a weekend - but we arrived at 9.10am to a very busy restaurant, one waitress working (who was totally overwhelmed and dealing with complaints from every angle) and when we finally got her attention at 9.28am she told us we could not have coffee/ tea as breakfast finished at 9.30, even though wed been trying to get served for the last 20 mins. The buffet was poor. This hotel was good value, but the stay was such a disaster and the management so appalling, I will raise a dispute with my credit card company.

  : room was a little small for 4 but understandable with a family and what facilities they had - our air con wasnt quite cold enough also

  : The room was a long way from the dining room. Good that it did not rain. The noises from the neighbouring rooms were not to be overheard. On our second day we had no hot water in the room.Although the hotel was open, no wine card available, the information about the hotel and area was not working via the QR Code. We were told Computer problems. A long way from the car parking area to the rooms. Transfer via Golf cart.
