WiFi is available in all areas and is free of charge.

Free private parking is possible at a location nearby (reservation is not needed).

Pets are allowed on request. No extra charges.

Children of any age are allowed.
Children up to and including 2 years old stay for free when using an available cot.
No extra beds are available.
Any type of extra bed or child's cot/crib is upon request and needs to be confirmed by management.

Please inform Residenza Sissi in advance of your expected arrival time. You can use the Special Requests box when booking, or contact the property directly with the contact details provided in your confirmation.
This property will not accommodate hen, stag or similar parties.
Guests are required to show a photo identification and credit card upon check-in. Please note that all Special Requests are subject to availability and additional charges may apply.
A damage deposit of EUR 100 is required on arrival. This will be collected as a cash payment. You should be reimbursed on check-out. Your deposit will be refunded in full in cash, subject to an inspection of the property.
The resort fee is a compulsory card (Val di Sole Opportunity) which includes access to most of the Trentino public transport, cable cars, thermal baths, museums, castles and discounts to stores in the area. This fee is not payable for children under 12 years. This card is compulsory from 20 June until 20 September.

Please note that the accommodation and kitchenette must be left clean or an additional fee of EUR 30 will apply.

Please note that heating is included in the rate only between November and April.

Arrivals after 21:30 are subject to a surcharge of EURO 25. All requests for late arrival must be confirmed by the staff.
