  : I have never been treated so rudely at a hotel. The hotel was reasonably comfortable but very old fashioned. The woman at the reception was one of the rudest, unkind and unprofessional people I have ever met. She threatened to call the Police because the first credit card I used to pay didnt go through.
  : A charger for my sons I phone disappeared from the room during the stay. When it came to check out, I processed the first Credit Card and got a message from my bank saying the purchase had been successful but the ticket from the credit card machine said it had been refused. I sent a message to my bank and while this happened, the receptionist got a call to say there was an emergency at another hotel and told me rudely to pay quickly with another card. I said that wasnt my problem and she exploded in front of me saying she would call the Police. I ended up paying with another card. I was shouted at by the woman who was clearly hysterical and told me I was being violent. I have never ever been accused of this at a hotel in over 30 years of travelling the world. This woman should be fired immediately from the hotel. I told her I am the client and she shouted at me to get out immediately or she would call the Police and there were witnesses (a cleaning lady came to apologise for her).DO NOT STAY AT THIS HOTEL unless you want to be treated as a criminal and be shouted at by a rude person who has no idea of what customer relations are about.

  : Location is good, just 5 minutes walk in to the main part of town. Rooms are clean and comfortable despite being a little dated. Staff are friendly and the breakfast is quite good.
  : The hotel is a little bit dated but nothing to really dislike.
