Policies

WiFi is available in all areas and is free of charge.

Private parking is possible at a location nearby (reservation is needed) and costs EUR 20 per day.

Pets are allowed on request. Charges may be applicable.

Children of any age are allowed.
Children up to and including 2 years old stay for € 30 per person per stay when using an available cot.
Children up to and including 2 years old stay for € 30 per person per stay when using an existing bed.
People 3 years old and over stay for € 50 per person per stay when using an available extra bed.
Any type of extra bed or child's cot/crib is upon request and needs to be confirmed by management.
Supplements are not calculated automatically in the total costs and will have to be paid for separately during your stay.

Guests are required to show a photo identification and credit card upon check-in. Please note that all Special Requests are subject to availability and additional charges may apply.
Please inform Casa Ambra in advance of your expected arrival time. You can use the Special Requests box when booking, or contact the property directly with the contact details provided in your confirmation.
A damage deposit of EUR 200 is required on arrival. This will be collected as a cash payment. You should be reimbursed on check-out. Your deposit will be refunded in full in cash, subject to an inspection of the property.
A surcharge of EUR 20 applies for check-in from 19:00 until 20:00. Check-in after 20:00 costs EUR 50. All requests for late arrival are subject to confirmation by the property.
