  : The owners were kind and welcoming. They gave us a nice recommendation for dinnee. There is parking onsite and the view is beautiful.
  : Out of the 40-50 BnBs that we have stayed in during our 3 years in Italy this one was the most unclean. There was plenty of hair in the shower, at least 30 flies on the walls and ceiling, stains on the walls, and specks of something on our pillows and sheets. The room really needed a good clean and didn't seem prepared for guests at all. It's really a pity because the owners are very sweet and the landscape is beautiful. Needs some work and a good clean before the next guests.

  : Many bad surprises.They say they have a swimming pool. In reality it is a children pool and apparently broken, with a net over it and very dirty water, you can see it hasnt been used and cleaned from a long timeWe asked for a double bed, we were given a old sofa-bed, very smelly and dusty, with a 3cm high mattress, you could feel the metal of the net when sleeping.They say there was a private bathroom, in reality the bathroom is not in the room and theres no keys to close it (or at least we were not explained how to close the bathroom).Breakfast is available at a price of 5 per person, we were happy we didnt buy it. It consists of coffee from an automatic machine and industrial croissants you can buy at a supermarket 3 for 20 pieces. There were some low quality fruit juices as well. Most of all, there was nobody of the management in the morning to assist, strange for a bed&breakfast.Now lets talk about the real bad thing. The owner and manager.He asks to know what time you arrive, only to arrive almost an hour later than us. We lost half the afternoon because of this.Then he asked for payment without even checking out booking, were it was clear we had paid already.When we asked if we could use the washing machine as a refund for the the fact the swimming pool was unusable, he first said yes, only to let more time pass. So we decided to abandon the possibility of using it, were about to leave for dinner, he ran after us saying at that moment we could use the washing machine when we were about to get in our car. He also tried to make it look like it was us who changed our mind ..Things got worse the morning after. I called to ask about the breakfast since nobody of the management was there. I complained about the bed and the lack of cleanliness, he started raising his voice and was insinuating I wanted a refund even though I never asked for it.

  : its a special, wild romantic location. typical regionalStyle and establishment. very personal and individual.nothing for people who need luxury. the hosts are very friendly and attentive. they care for their guests. they have waited over 2 hours for us, as we were terribly delayed by traffic jam
  : a few things like quality of mattress, fridge in the roomand breakfast have been discussed with the hosts and expected to be solved soon.
