  : Charming property with a lovely pool. The breakfast was great and the restaurant had great atmosphere.
  : The rooms were nice but a bit musty and no AC which became an issue during a heat wave. The pool is great but it was really far away from the rooms down a steep hill. The coffee bar looked permanently closed and the bodega only sells drinks so you cant really make a day of the pool without food or snacks. The location is out of the way from many of the towns we visited in Tuscany and it didnt feel built up enough food/amenity wise to spend a day relaxing by the pool. We also had a rude waitress at the restaurant. Despite having reservations she wanted to seat us inside (where it was 15-20 degrees warmer) instead of the charming courtyard where literally every other table was seated. I suspect this was because we were the only family with kids (who are well behaved!) She got quite frustrated at our request but eventually the rest of the staff intervened.

  : To basis, no airco in rooms (only mobile units who make enormous an out of noice and cannot keep up with heat at night), quite uncomfortable matresses. The location has al the potential to be waw, yet to date misses the coziness that this could offer.

  : Breakfast was absolutely delightful, the cozy fireplace added a wonderful touch, and the location was simply fantastic. It's a remarkably tranquil haven, perfect for those seeking respite from the hustle and bustle of a bustling city.
  : The quality of the restaurant's food could have been better, and the prices are a bit high.
