  : The location in Chioggia is excellent. What we didn't realize until we were there is that Chioggia feels like Venice but without the touristic crowds. It has canals, and a long walk to a beach loaded with seashells, out-door cafes thriving with locals, and a sense of community. Casa Sansera's location is perfect to experience this, and if leaving on a cruise the next day as we were it is walkable distance to the ship's embarcation area. The best part of staying at Casa Sansera is meeting the owner, Georgia. She is so welcoming and hospitable. When we arrived it felt like seeing a friend after a long absence, and when we left, I felt like Georgia is our friend.

  : The facility is basic. Did not realize I would need to walk up two flights to get to my room, but all was fine. Staff brought up our luggage and brought it down the next day. Staff not that great on English, but very helpful and kind.
  : No elevator. My bad should have picked that up in my booking.

  : Great location in downtown Chioggia with lots of restaurants and bars nearby. An easy walk to the cruise terminal where we were boarding our ship. The check in process is a bit tricky, especially if you have a lot of luggage. The check in is done in an office about 100m from the actual property. Still the check in was easy and the host very friendly and helpful. A simple breakfast was served every day in the restaurant over the road for the hotel. The rooms was comfortable and came with a coffee/tea machine plus a mini-fridge. The shower was a unique feature as it could play music and shine coloured lights while you shower (if you wish).
  : I am not a fan of bathroom/toilet rooms with fully glass walls. It gives you very little privacy and would be possibly uncomfortable for some people
