: Nice place, attentive owner, very clean, good location!
: Bathroom (double room) deserve some improvements, despite it might be difficult in an old town nice building structure: in order to obtain sufficient level of privacy (own & from neighbours) would be good to make doors fully closable & a bit sound proof, shower pressure needs some serious boosting and ventilation is completely missing or i havent found it. Breakfast - good home made cofee, otherwise artificial mostly sweet staff which we skip as in many Italian B&B places.

: The room was cosy and comfortable, the bathroom ample, great bedding and decent breakfast.
: Being in a restricted area, it is not clear how to get there e with the car to download the luggage. On Sunday morning the bells of the nearby church start ringing before 7 am!

: The design of the room is interesting; the position is really good, it is close to the center with an public parking place nearby. For sure there is something to improve in the breakfast and in the WIFI stability.

: The breakfast is very basic and consists of yoghurt, tea and coffee and various bready items in plastic packaging. It is left out for guests to help themselves.
: It was a bit noisy - you could hear people in other parts of the building.
