  : Lovely pool. Check-in was excellent. Fairly private with very few guests. Nice kitchenette. Bed was comfortable. Our hostess was very helpful with recommendations and responsive.
  : No air-conditioning, just too hot in July. No screens on the windows and lots of mosquitoes. The heat and the bugs made it very hard to sleep.

  : Pool and the scenery was great, as expected and as in pictures. Staff was avaliable with whatsapp.
  : We got different room which wasnt on the pictures of booked room. Door couldnt get locked from the inside. Apartement didnt have much privacy because it was first one next to the pool, and didnt have any fence, so everyone from the pool could see inside of apartement (if door was open) and step on the terrace.

  : The pool was good.
  : Everything seemed to be on the cheap. The apartment wasn't very clean; there was mould in the shower; and holes in the bed linen. Also, there are many, many mosquitos, which make sitting outside in the evening a torture.

  : great pool area with large pool and plenty of shade and sunny spots. spacious rooms with kitchenette and couch. comfortable bed.
  : as the horses are there many mosquitoes so cant open windows of apartments.

  : the property itself is beautiful, surrounded by countryside, on site they have a pool, horses and plenty of places to relax the staff are so helpful and nice.
  : you are so far out you need to have a car, without this you are stuck. there are only 3 taxis in certaldo and they are never available. A five minute journey into town will cost you 15 each way so quickly adds up. that would be my only criticism.

  : Sparse kitchen, confusing recycling, needs a mop for accidents and mosquitoes.

  : Amazing service, the guy who was at the reception was so friendly, helpsome and just fantastic We had the 3 bedroom villa, what was amazing, the Terrace was big and very nice Beautiful place would really recommend it Pool was so nice and peaceful
