  : The location is pure Tuscany, so that alone should be enough! Surrounded by picturesque Tuscan countryside (San Gimignano can be seen in the distance from the property). Excellent pool. The apartment we stayed in had 2br and one bathroom, and a kitchen with everything you need. Fairly simple lodgings in a fantastic location. Wonderfully cool A/C. Shared laundry area.
  : A couple of minor issues with the facilities in the apartment but not enough to detract from the overall experience.

  : We were staying in private vila with privat swimming pool, far away from the main building. There was no neighbours around us, just fields, so the children were able to be laud. The vila and the property around was spacious. The private pool was big. We would come back.
  : A few things were not in good condition. Steps to the pool were broken, which was frankly quite dangerous, the pool was not very clean (a lot of spiders and spider webs beween the water and the outside of the pool), two doors to the bedrooms did not fully closed, no microwave, no small bowels for salads or cornflakes, torn swing net, no shelf in the bathrooms, the shower in the large bathroom didn't seal, so the floor was floaded and slipery, not enought towels for three days, the day before we came we asked a few questions and did not get the answers. With this fixed it would be perfect.

  : Great to spend some time in the country at a slower pace. Great views. The pool was delightful at the end of the day

  : The Views are great, very nice restaurants in close proximity. Location in between Sienna, Florence and the coast. Everything easy to reach. The roads are tiny but that is a given.The wine is really good!

  : Quite old equipment and furniture. I was missing possibility to eat there.

  : It was a real Tuscan house. It had a nice covered outdoor terrace with a great view. Interior has a real Tuscan feel. Kitchen was equipped to be a able to cook well.
  : The main house with pool is a little walk from the house we stayed in. We were able to use the pool which is great but we were not able to find a toilet if you do not have a room at the main house.

  : Splendid views and quiet.
  : The accommodation was very basic and lacking some basics. Bedroom window opened onto next doors outside area. And looking back the wooden bean had woodworms.Television didn't work and nobody came to fix it despite several reminder. Didn't tother us too much but you would expect things to work. . Air con was good though
