  : A spacious apartment with a great view.
  : No mattress cover, just a sheet on mattress.Thin and worn towels.Torn cushions.Only one single electric socket in kitchen.No toaster.No plug for kitchen sink. Had to use one from utility sink.No air con in bedroom, only in lounge that we didnt need.No sun loungers for huge balcony.Leak from kitchen tap. Had to use vessel to catch water underneath in cupboard.

  : Lovely, modern spacious 2 bed apartment. Small cooking area/ with usual facilities, (washing machine, cooker etc). Very clean, comfortable throughout. Large veranda with table/ chairs, beautiful view over Cefalu/sea. Garage allocated underneath the block to park one car. The host Sergio was very helpful/polite ( although didn't meet in person), rcvd regular updates before & during stay etc. We had a couple of minor issues, able to text, and these were sorted promptly. The apartment wasn't too hot during our stay (23-30 Sept), with large sliding windows open onto veranda, it was fine. Noticed a couple of floor fans which may be required in high season. It is approx 20 min walk downhill along fairly busy road to reach the old town, with plenty of bars, cafes, shops, nice clean beach. Plus the supermarket (Deco) is also 20/25 min walk, but well stocked. Area felt very safe. Would recommend.
  : Nothing really not to like. The description is fairly accurate. The walk downhill/ and back up again may be an issue for some., especially in high season, and the road could be quite busy. The fans, which we didn't need, did look a bit dusty (could do with a clean, possibly overlooked). We hired a car just outside Palermo airport, traffic going through Palermo was very busy/hectic, Italian drivers need some getting used to! Need to allow approx 1.5 hours for the journey to the apartment, (sat nav was a bit glitchy, for the very last part of journey & we had to call host for directions), it was late eve/ raining so not best conditions.

  : Great place. There are two bathrooms in the apartment and it is very comfortable with 5 people staying there. The terrace is great.
  : In one of the bedrooms there is no AC just a fan. It was ok for us, but during the summer it would not be enough.

  : The location was not far from the beach, but the road was not good for walking due to traffic The road below from the apartment was quite noisy.
