  : That was the only available hotel in the area when our flight was cancelled. Personel had serious issues with system and for sure it was hard for them to welcome so many angry and desperate people but they found rooms for everyone. They were helpful and even some problems just couldnt be solved over the night, they tried.

  : There is nothing to like. This property is a facade and a scam trap.I have used booking for hundreds of bookings professionally and have never encountered such a dodgy hotel.Basically they will take passports from unknowing tourists as a safety deposit , when you check out they will make up some excuse saying the online payment didnt go through and will make you pay in cash again.They wont provide a receipt and will use an excuse like we have internet issuesI had to call the Bergamo police department to get my passport back even after showing receipts of payment.Only when they saw me call the police did they quickly give back the passport.I had a flight 3 hours from checking out as a pregnant woman and this amount of stress was cruel, undeserved and detrimental to my babys health.
