  : Very close to the train and bus station. Perfect to catch the early ATS bus to etna. The room was spacious and the breakfast was very nice.

  : When we got to the property, we were very disappointed with the conditions, there was mold in the bathroom, the sheets were dirty, with stains on them, the bed was dirty on its outside, like there were footprints. All in all, we decided this is not a place to sleep in, given the conditions and the bad smell. We have contacted Booking to ask for help, they advised us to leave, not before contacting the property to let them know how we feel about the room. The intermediate of the property, Gabriella, was very upset that we have called Booking, saying the room is very clean and we are just complaining out of nothing. In the end, she told us to leave the property. The problem is, they refuse even now to refund us, they refuse answering messages and calls and just deny everything. Unfortunately, i have to conclude that they are just scammers now, that used to be a good property in the past.

  : The room is comfortable and spacious. The host was really friendly and accessible via whatsapp. The place is easy to find.

  : Very convenient for onwards travel. We got there easily late at night from the airport and left by bus the following day. Gabriella who served breakfast was very kind and helpful. Entry system worked well and directions were clear.

  : Hard to get in. Fairly grotty area with a lot of traffic. Small bathroom

  : Location to train/ bus station clean room.
  : Inoperative wi-fi, noisy location overlooking the train station, all-night food vendors, & heavy traffic circle. Run-down neighborhood and dirty, run down building, homeless wandering around just outside the door and hookers 2 blocks down. Over-rated for sure.. 2 star accommodations in a questionable area.
