: The alpartment is the cleanest appartment I have ever rentIt is exactly like the picture. Also Jakuzi is perfectThe bed is very comfortable and the a/c is perferct.The poeple are very nice and helpfull for all what you need

: The object is located in the city centre close to the bus station which took us directly to the beach. We liked the privacy and silcence a lot. The bed, jacuzzi and the space were really comfortable. The appartment is cozy in general and the staff seems very nice apart from communication issues. Its very easy to get to the attractive part of city center from that place. I would recommend to book it for pairs only and I believe you wont be negatively surprised. Additionally, weve got a 20% discount to the owners Sikul restaurant, ca 900m far away from the appartment - it was a really nice offer and we enjoyed the food and drinks a lot!
: The appartment itself was not perfectly cleaned, especially the shower and bathroom corners. We were also surprised that the fridge is almost not working - even over the night our drinks were semi-warm. Additionally, we realized that our jaccuzzi plug was broken and it was really demanding to use it, but with some effort still makeable.I need to add that the staff was really friendly despite of the fact they do not speak english almost at all.Personally I felt a little bit stressed at the beginning, when we got contacted by different people via Whatsapp and in person. The flats owner tried to avoid booking fees and offered us to pay less and reject the offer, but we did not agree, because it was only a text offer and we were afraid to get kicked off after cancellation, so finally we wanted to pay the fee fairly and to keep the booking guarantee. The owner was happily also satisfied with our decision and made us some good bars/places recommendations.After we met the owner in person she was actually really friendly and nice and I guess it was just a communication mistake due to language barrier and wrong communication channel via phone.Anyway if you dont really pay attention to your accomodations conditions and you want to stay in a safe and calm place in the city center, Id definitely recommend the appartment.

: The room is very modern and spacious. The jacuzzi is very comfortable for 2 people.
: AC can be improved, quite small considering how high the ceilings are. The entrance is a common area with residents, we could hear people driving their motorbikes in the morning ( there is an internal area where these are parked, to exit the building they pass infront of the suite's door) and the glass is not double glaze so anything going on outside can be heard..

: Spacious appartment with a whirl pool and kitchen (fairly well equipped, but knives were missing), regular cleaning even throughout the stay
: Some small flaws (walls stained in some corners, parts of the whirlpool and bathroom furniture coming off, appartment not ready for check-in at the agreed time) and one big flaw: the shutters didn't open, so no daylight at all

: Check in late night and got already 10 messages where we are (due to a flight delay). Coming in and 4 unknown guys who try to give us cigarettes who werent able to speak any word of English. There was no third bed for the third person and they said we have to pay for bedlinen, tax, breakfast and the third bed. Their fault they havent seen our third person in Booking.
: The owner was really rude, unpolite and judged us for everything WE have done fault??? Broken jacuzzi, hairdryer holder broken, door in bathroom broken, smelling bad and the location is really unsafe far outside the city. We checked out earlier because of this bad stay. Never seen something so bad in my life

: We didn't get breakfast, dingy neighborhood, due to heavy traffic permanently closed shutters.No water, no responsibility.
: Despite the agreed time, we waited more than 40 minutes at night with children for keys in a dingy area. We didn't get paid breakfast because the caf was closed on Mondays. For over 2 hours we did not get an explanation. Only after a few phone calls we were given 2.5 euros / person.After a day of trekking to Mount Etna and exploring the city in the heat, we could not wash or use the toilet, because there was no water. We didn't use the jaccuzi for this reason. No one responded to the phone, only through booking, we were informed that there was a failure.The water was turned on the next day for an hour before leaving.
