  : Location is okey, 15 min by foot to station. There is balcony. It was clean (except walls in room and sofa).
  : the sofa and some walls were dirty. The smell was something like after insect spray. The bed was of terrible quality( sticked together from 2 bads). In the kitchen was no oil or smth,oven greasy. I mean, I'm not asking for luxury, but for real, it was far away from cosy.I don't know who would put 10 points fot this flat, maybe brother of owner...
