: - Accommodation was easily reachable, within walking distance to several sights (such as the St. Agatha Cathedral, Via Etnea, fish market, Teatro Massimo Bellini etc)- Place was clean and had enough space, very beautiful balcony with an amazing view. - Hosts were very helpful and accommodating, recommended restaurants and spots and made the stay very easy. Always reachable via text or through the app. - Breakfast could be added additionally (hint: usually for wastage reasons, its better to order the breakfast for a few days in a row rather than each day separately, because the owners want to order and prepare weekly - but they are also accommodating exemptions if possible), it was fresh and you could choose a variety of food options plus beverages and always reorder. It was lovely sitting on the balcony with the breakfast view.
: - Nothing major, you could just hear people of other rooms etc in the hallway.

: Exceptionally clean, comfortable, spacious with a lovely shower, a lovely balcony and a little clothesline to dry your clothes. Very comfortable bed and wifi that worked. A delicious breakfast supplied for a reasonable cost. Very close to the main square of Catania so felt very safe as a solo traveller. The hosts, Alex and Antonella were so kind, caring and helpful after I had a bad experience elsewhere. Nothing was too much trouble, and they helped me love Catania. They totally spoilt me; Antonella even gave me gluten free Brioches and supplied rice cakes as I was experiencing gluten intolerance after all the pasta! I didnt want to leave. I would highly recommend Casa Provenza as a lovely, safe place to stay.

: The location was excellent, a street back from traffic and busy piazzas so there was no street noise. It was immaculately clean, cared for and decorated. It was close to everything and an easy walk to the bus station for buses heading south. It was a little further to the train station and buses heading north, but still ok. It was lovely to have a good breakfast on the open terrace. The hosts were excellent and very helpful and did everything to make my stay comfortable and to make my stay in Catania enjoyable.
: The sound proofing isnt 100%. You can hear other guests coming in at night sometimes, but I could hear someones phone beeping loudly all night one night, which was very annoying (not the owners fault).

: Super nice and helpful hosts! During check-in, the hosts told us about the most important attractions :) The room was nice and large. We had a window to the quiet side so it was quiet. Location is great! Next to Via Etna street :)
: The bathroom could have been renovated, but it was fine for us anyway :)
