  : Lac is dry, the camping is dirty, the mobilhomes are old and need work done, people are not very kind, the food is the worst you can eat in the whole of Italy. Just don't go to this place.

  : excellent and helpful staff at reception. they were excellent. gym has very good range of equipment good cafe / restaurant
  : main swimming pool wasn't operating, only the kids pool which is shallow and not heated. maintenance of the cabins on outside was below par, had to sweep cobwebs off the porch on arrival. the store had some groceries but to get to a proper supermarket is too far too walk, you have to get a shuttle or taxi kitchen had no cloth, scrubber, dishwashing liquid, t towel so had to buy these items which I would think should come as part of what is offered. cabins were very small for a family of 6. compared to europa camping village we stayed at in venice this facility was well below par compared to that facility. the facility has potential to be a lot better

  : The location is decently located. The mobile home, while certainly not 'supreme', was neat, and the fitness center offers a variety of equipment to allow for a nice workout. The upper playground is okay and offers some fun slides for the little ones.
  : Despite being announced as open until 10pm, carryout until midnight, the restaurant was unwilling to take my familys order at 9:45. We ended up going to bed hungry that night and packed our bags the next day. Taking into account that the lackluster animation program does not start until 9:30ish, this kind of treatment came as an even bigger surprise. Apparently, the campsite comes with different time zones for its guests.The lower playground, frankly, is a health hazard. Do not go there. While some of the items have been shut down, others including a wooden house that might once have invited children to climb up its 'roof' are so run down Im surprised no incidents took place during our stay.The service was okay until the end of peak season. Afterwards, things went south noticeably. An item at our facility that had been broken since our arrival would not be fixed until we asked for it a second time. Similarly, hygiene became an issue towards the end of August. For instance, the childrens bathrooms, which used to be quite nice in the beginning, could only be used in the mornings towards the end of our stay.Oh, about the lake: This is in no way the staffs fault, but if you look forward to taking a nice dip in the clear water (as advertised), thats not going to happen. There simply isnt enough water and the 'beach' had reached about four times its original width upon our arrival.
