Policies

WiFi is available in all areas and is free of charge.

Free public parking is possible at a location nearby (reservation is not needed).

Pets are not allowed.

Children of any age are allowed.
Children up to and including 2 years old stay for free when using an available cot.
Children up to and including 2 years old stay for € 45 per person per night when using an existing bed.
Children from 3 years old to 5 years old stay for € 80 per person per night when using an existing bed.
Children from 6 years old to 11 years old stay for € 100 per person per night when using an existing bed.
No extra beds are available.
Any type of extra bed or child's cot/crib is upon request and needs to be confirmed by management.
Supplements are not calculated automatically in the total costs and will have to be paid for separately during your stay.

Guests must pick up a permit at the wooden hut before the road block at San Valentino. Traffic is restricted between the hours of 10:00 and 17:00, except on your day of arrival.

During winter, your car must be parked at Compatsch car park, where a shuttle service is available to the hotel after 15:00.

Please note that Wi-Fi is only available from 07:00 until 23:00
