: Franco & Daniella who are running this property are so welcoming & friendly. They were helpful with tips on where to visit made phone calls when we had car issues & needed an Italian speaker. They were the best part of the whole experience!The views, rooms & pool were gorgeous too
: The road up to the property seems to have flood damage so its a but rocky driving up, nothing major just drive slowly & its fine.

: The house itself, the apartment, the view and surroundings were beautiful. The pool was lovely.
: The restaurant was closed for the first days. We did not had a terrace so eating outside was not really possible. When more people arrived it opened for lunch, but we did not use it. With 4 families the pool was a bit crowded, since all the sun umbrellas where located on one side of the pool.

: Beautiful surroundings & lovey pool area.
: Our overall disappointment would probably be milder if the property hasnt been listed as de/lux since unfortunately everything seems to be pretty neglected, due to:1) Poor hygiene (strange smell in the dishwashers, bathrooms, dusty floors, mold on some parts of the ceiling, dirty WC (scale), strange stains in walk in showers2) Lack of amenities (barely several glasses, spoons, forksno wine glasses at all (property has been listed as wine place), no pool towels, fridges were off before we checked in so we needed one day in order to cold your food and drinks)3) There is no service at all - no interaction, recommendations, warm welcome etc., ex. we wanted to check if there is an option of early check in since we were driving from the south with 2 small kids (2 and 3), and literally no one was answering the phone listed on Booking.com & official web site (and Ive called at least 10 times during the day). Finally we found another phone number in booking confirmation but person wasnt speaking English so weve managed to understand in our poor Italian that check in wasnt possible before 4p.m., when another person who speaks English will come to make check in. We even got a recommendation for a local restaurant, in order to go there and wait, and guess what? The restaurant was closed.+ Road to the property is absolutely terrible (cc 2km from the main road).
