  : lack of a consistent organizational and procedural guidelines impacting on the infrastructure's poor maintenance (outdated and missing parts) and leaves a client not at ease when aware of that environment

  : The views were spectacular, and the building is stunning. Leo the young guy who works there was very approachable and helpful when things needed to get sorted.
  : On arrival it was as if it was a surprise we were there, rooms not ready, I booked a double was shown to a single, advised I'd booked a double was offered a discount if I just had this one, refused and advised it was already paid for, was told to wait on a landing, followed by being shown to another room, which was in use by other guests. Then told it would take an hour before my room was ready, room was basic, bed passable, mattress shifted during the night lighting in room was terrible, this could be a special hotel if money was spent on improving rooms. Pool needs to be renovated as a few big cracks showing, and damaged tiles around it. Service was a big negative, we ended up spending alot of money in the cafe/bar just outside the hotel, a little bit of effort and that money would have gone to the hotel. One day we had no water due to a builder drilling through the pipe. Overall I wouldn't recommend staying here unless you had no alternative.
