: The accommodation is situated next to the beach, nothing better to wake up and take a stroll down the beach. We can recommend it without hesitation.

: Unfortunately. couldnt like the vacations when the info wasnt right (by the way it is as the property claims or by miscommunicating/scam)
: Unfortunately it was a very frustrating Easter break at this property, because of the expectations created vs what was given to me. Basically there are 3 points of attention when you book this property:1) LOCATION: the location of the property in booking.com was in Marina di Donoratico (a nice small village with restaurants and supermarket). However the address is actually 10 mins away by car in an isolated area of the beach. The real location of Vila Emilia is in front of CANADO CLUB FAMILY VILLAGE (you can look in Google Maps). For me frustrating since you cannotnreally walk around in that location nor gonwalking to restaurants/supermarket2) CALL BEFORE BOOKING asking if your appartment is really on the beach. When I booked, the appartment has photos od doors/terrace literally on the beach. HOWEVER there is a little point written saying garden view. So for example the church room and at least my Double bedroom room are not on the beach! They are inside the village! Frustrating for who booked it imagining that you could enjoy the beach right out of your appartment! True that the whole village is by the beach, so it is just about walking out HOWEVER for the same experience and same price I could have got a hotel room in one of the nice hotels in the village!3) a small point but for me it was big: one reason I decided not to go to the hotel but to this appartment was: BARBECUE present in the appartment. Not being in Summer we wanted to enjoy some BBQs. We bought meat, everything. HOWEVER the BBQ is not in the appartment. There is a BBQ against a wall in front of another appartment that belongs to the condominium. Which doesnt really work when you want to grill some food and enjoy / serve your family at your appartment terrace.
