: *2 mins walking to a big grocery store.*8 mins walking to the beach.*10 mins walking to the city centre. *Allocated parking in front of the apartment. *Quiet location.
: *Extremely POOR COMMUNICATION. The person responsible for providing keys and info showed up the day after we arrived even though we arrived within check in times. That resulted in missing out on a half day of beach - very inconvenient.Info re: how to find the apartment were so poor that it felt like playing an escape room game. Same re: how to find umbrella and sun loungers at the beach. When we tried to contact her via phone, she didn't even bother to pick up and we had to ask for help to random people at the beach. Overly disappointing. *Beach umbrella and loungers location are VERY far from the beach front. Not ideal when travelling with kids. It was basically the furthest away from the beach front.*Extremely poor maintenance: the mosquito net in the lounge was broken (we mentioned it and it turned out they were aware of it), curtain rail needed maintanace, there was mould in the shower and on the shower head, etc.*Minimal cleaning: shelves inside cabinets and wardrobes, drawers and several surfaces were significantly dusty.*Some of the kitchen utensils provided could be upgraded with a small investment. The chopping board was so worn out that it can barely do its job.

: Before arrival asked specifically about swimming pool and been confirmed that open. When we arrived it was already closed after season (14-16.09). Three was no toilet seat. Been advised upon arrival that mechanic should come asap... suprise suprise nobody came.There were no wine glasses in the apartament. I would reserve another place if i knew all of it before. Stay away from that place!!

: Lovely equipped apartment, modern and new, clean, with private parking, good accessible, with the use of a private pool.The master bedroom is nice, with a double bed and one additional, stowed in a closet. A sofabed in the kitchen/living room served us as a bed - a bit squeeky and not very comfortable, but ok for 1 night. Once in use, the apartment seemed too small, but when it was closed, it was very nice.I appreciated the possibility to pay at arrival, and that it was also possible with a card. The owner is a very friendly and warm young lady, who was briskly at hand upon arrival, and always available per whatsapp or email. WiFi wouldn't work with the codes on the box, but, as we stayed just one day, it didn't bother us. The pool is large, with a smaller kids pool next to it, with somewhat colder water, but the kids loved it nevertheless. The old town is beautiful, really breathtaking, and walking there was a highlight.
: Some bits were broken, but as we stayed only for a day, it did not bother us (sunblindes holders on the balconies). We were informed of a faulty marquise on the balcony, so no problems, we didn't use it anyways. And it is very small for 4 people. A bit too far from a very crowdy beach, but that is not the fault of the owner - just not our taste, we like it quiet and less busy. But: in price, an umbrella and two loungers are included. What actually bothered me was the fact that the linen and towels weren't included in the (not a cheap) price. We were informed prior arrival, so yes, we knew about it and thus brought it with us, as 15 eur/person in addition is too much - ok if you stay longer, but not for a day. But if I'd realized it whilst booking, I'd chose something else. It took a fair bit of space in the car, and we have been coming to Italy regularly for many years and this was the first time ever we had to carry it with us. I think this should be included in the price, and people wouldn't have to worry about it.
