Free private parking is possible on site (reservation is not needed).

Children up to and including 3 years old stay for € 6 per person per night when using an available cot.

A damage deposit of EUR 100 is required on arrival. This will be collected by credit card. You should be reimbursed on check-out. Your deposit will be refunded in full via credit card, subject to an inspection of the property.
Please note that check-in takes place at the Lampo Blù Agency, Viale dei Gabbiani 7.

You can bring your own bed linen or rent them on site at EUR 8 per person/per stay.

The apartment must be kept clean at check-out, otherwise a surcharge may apply.
