: We were accommodated in a clean, bright and new apartment on ground floor which was nice and simply furnished. Bed was very comfortable for us. We adored the courtyard with lovely view on Cannara which could be used for morning coffee or evening relaxation. Also, owner is very talkative and gave us precious information how to get around, what to see and explained a bit of local history.
: It is a suggestion, not a dislike: Having option for a breakfast would be really nice. Kitchen is sufficiently equipped to make your own breakfast but for short stays I would prefer paying for a nice breakfast in the lovely courtyard.

: *Pictures look beautiful- but customer service and support is 1/10. Extremely disappointed in the lack of support and empathy of staff. Details below. I booked this hotel at 8 AM last Saturday, and one hour later I got in my car and realized it was broken down. I knew the property had a no cancellation policy so I called them IMMEDIATELY to explain my unfortunate situation. I was 3 hours away, and my car would not be fixed the same day therefore I could not make the reservation. The man who answered the phone rushed me off the phone and told me he couldnt talk because he was at an event. Upon hanging up, I submitted a cancellation request through booking.com and asked that the fee please be waived and explained my situation again. Shortly after, the property denied my request and proceeded to charge me the full amount for the hotel. I called the property again and asked the man to reconsider. He hung up on me and told me he was busy with other people. I havent been able to get in touch with the property since. As a business owner, I understand that the hotel risked losing money that evening. However, they could have rebooked another guest in the room if they allowed me to cancel my reservation. This all happened within 2 hours, and at 10 AM, it was still very likely that someone could have rebooked the room. As the man stated we are very busy. I think its a true shame that businesses operate without empathy.
