  : wonderful thermal baths and lovely setting
  : The thermal baths closed early and opened late. We could only use the spa on the day of arrival. On the day of departure, we had to check out at 11 and the pools only opened at 10. The receptionist kindly let us stay at the pools for longer. The tents were very hot as no real ventilation. All the tent windows were closed so the air couldnt flow. Ideally someone should help guests to open the windows when the sun starts to go down so the air can flow.

  : It was the second time for us here. The location is fantastic and the tents a beautiful luxurious and amazing. The pool and spa are also very good, but for this price this is what you may expect ofcourse.
  : The first night there was a party in the bar. since this place is in the middle of nowhere, in the nature, you wouldnt expect this and it was quite annoying. Unfortunately also the breakfast was changed from last time, it is very very minimal, no fruit, no nice bread, only the absolute basics. And you have to pay a minimum of 8 Euro extra for eggs or pancakes. The quality of the egg and bread was also very bad. We asked for well cooked egg as that is what we like, and we got a half raw egg. After saying something about it, the waiter who spoke poor English, said it was impossible without burning the egg, getting to the toast which came with it, it was black burned, making her comment towards the egg even stranger. When we went to the reception to complain, the girl was not very friendly and said; I looked at the food and it was not that bad. Which was absolutely insulting as the bread was not eatable and besides the fact that we are customers who pay 12 Euro for additional egg and can order how we want it, this is very unprofessional. And not at all what you would expect from a luxurious place as this. So the breakfast and customer service was the only bad thing this time, we truly hope they make a change as this was a bad taste after 2 amazing nights which we didnt have last time. And this is not how it should be for a luxurious experience as this.
