: I recently stayed at this hotel and unfortunately had a less than satisfactory experience. The staff was unfriendly and incompetent, making the check-in process frustrating. Additionally, the sauna was already fully booked upon our arrival, which was disappointing. The breakfast offered maximum 2-star value, lacking both variety and quality. The mattresses were uncomfortable, with springs that could be felt through them. To top it off, the cleaning staff forgot to replace our towels, and the key card consistently malfunctioned, requiring new ones to be issued each time we returned. Overall, I would not choose to stay here again.

: We booked because of the spa facilities. But on arrival we were told we could only use the spa 1 hour and there was no free time during our stay. I find this unacceptable as not mentioned when booked.

: Comfy bed, excellent food in restaurant, friendly staff, nice outdoor bar area
: Small room, very dark, awful view on side of hotel, even though we had deluxe room. Room next to service area, noisy from staff. Didnt like the bath with shower curtains, water leaked on floor. No luxury toiletries. Coffee machine leaking water when used. No milk capsules for tea. Surrounded by smokers on tables outside.
