  : The place was spacious with a very comfortable queen bed, a cute desk, a balcony, a tall dresser to hang your clothes, a lovely modern bathroom, a very strong AC with remote control, a modern wall mounted TV if you understand Italian, a bidet, there was a mini fridge which was handy for yogurt and kefir, breakfast stuff, it was quiet for the most part, the cleaning lady, the only staff I saw was very nice and does a great job. The price seemed fair.
  : I would have given this place my highest recommendation for all the reasons above and had I received what I asked for and what the room should have, then the price was worth it.However, there were 3 things on my must have list; have my own bathroom, AC, and wifi. The first 2 were great, the latter didn't work the entire time of my stay.What's worse, is I let Cristina know via WhatsApp about not having access to wifi after I arrived Thurs after unpacking some groceries and my suitcase, so around 8:45pm. The network listed did not exist. She did respond that night, around 11pm saying there wasn't anything she could do that night, (understandably) and she would head there the next day, Fri and look into it.By noon Fri, when I left my room, she had not been there. I was speaking to 2 other people staying there and they told me the wifi had not worked all week. They are locals, live in Sardinia somewhere and were there for a conference. So it wasn't critical for them as their phone plan likely covers data across the Sardinia region. But for me, it was critical. I don't have a calling plan, and I had a small data package, because my plan was to only use it for navigation for the 2 weeks when I am on my own in Italy. The 3rd week I will be with a friend and she will have enough data. So while I was at a restaurant Fri afternoon around 4pm, I text Cristina to ask if she had the wifi situation resolved yet. I reiterated why it was critical for me. I needed it in the evenings to upload pics and vids I took during the day, as well, reply to emails and text, and to research what I would be doing the next day and any other plans in the next 2 weeks not worked out yet. I returned home to the airbnb in the evening and of course the wifi still did not exist. I also noticed she had not looked at my WhatsApp messages. So she didn't show up Fri as she said she would, otherwise she would have given me an update.

  : It was big room big double bed and of course hug balcony
  : Well i cant found any glass for water any cutlery or some staff to make coffee tea early morning and some stuff was broken but the rest it was ok

  : Nice and clean room, with all the mentioned items such as airco etc.
  : The location is near the Opera of Cagliari, but a little bit further from the city center. It would be nice if the windows could have been shielded in the evening to block any light from outside.

  : The cleaner was helpful and friendly and helped with the luggage storage.
  : The place was noisy very early in the day. The room was tired. It was rather like a place you would take a sex worker or cheap date for relations. It is in an office block. It is some converted offices that overlook dustbins. The lies told about that we checked out late when we used the luggage storage were not acceptable.

  : I couldn't sleep due to the outside light coming through the window curtain. Put a blackout curtain!
