Free private parking is possible on site (reservation is not needed).

Pets are not allowed.

Children of any age are allowed.
Children up to and including 1 year old stay for € 15 per person per night when using an available cot.
No extra beds are available.
Any type of extra bed or child's cot/crib is upon request and needs to be confirmed by management.
Supplements are not calculated automatically in the total costs and will have to be paid for separately during your stay.

In the event of an early departure, the property will charge you the full amount for your stay.
This property is located within a pedestrian-only zone.
Guests are required to show a photo identification and credit card upon check-in. Please note that all Special Requests are subject to availability and additional charges may apply.
The property's entrance on Via Mazzini is located in a pedestrian area. Guests arriving by car can use the other entrance on Via Piorta 8.

A surcharge of EUR 15 per hour applies for arrivals after 19:00. All requests for late arrival are subject to confirmation by the property.

The area is restricted to traffic every Thursday morning, due to a local market. Guests arriving by car on Thursday before 14:00 should contact the property in advance.

There is 1 parking spot available per apartment. Guests arriving with more than 1 car must inform the property in advance.
